1. Your Right to Request Data Deletion

We honor deletion requests unless retention is required for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes.
2. How to Submit a Deletion Request

3. What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon verification, we will delete or anonymize:

- Marketing & communication preferences

- Wishlist & saved items
4. Exceptions & Mandatory Retention Periods
We may retain certain data even after a deletion request when legally required or necessary for:

6. Third-Party & Cross-Border Data
- Your data is processed by our logistics, payment, and marketing partners. Upon your request, we will notify applicable processors to delete your data from their systems, subject to their contractual and legal obligations.
- As a China-based merchant serving global customers, data may be transferred across borders. Deletion requests will be honored in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction and applicable cross-border data transfer frameworks.
7. Appeals & Regulatory Complaints
If your request is partially or fully denied, we will provide a clear explanation. You may:
